This is coffee from Chelbesa village, Gefeb, Ethiopia, which is one of the best quality of coffee producing area.

Exporter, "Snap Specialty Coffee" built a new flushing plant in 2019 in a small plot called Danche in the village of Chelbesa, expecting to exclusively purchase ripe cherries from smallholder farmers near Chelbesa. As expected, they succeeded in purchasing cherries from the village. The plant uses ceramic tanks, which have been used in recent years for wine fermentation, contributing to further stability and clarity of the taste.

This is the fruit of our efforts to pursue taste and quality, which can only be realized when all the conditions are met: the producer, the importer, and us, the buyers. We hope you enjoy it!
