We opened our roastery in 2020, at the southernmost plot of Ashiya city in Japan.

Specialty coffee is the top quality range of coffee traded at sustainable price.

However, we do not want make this something "Luxury". With our philosophy of "Casual Specialty" we want to support your daily coffee life.

When we talk with customers, we ask "Do you drink coffee with milk?", "Do you drink with sweets?", etc. to understand customer's life style.

Then, we propose the best coffee for each customers to support best coffee experience.

We carefully select green coffee bean based on origin, characters, condition, etc, just like Chef look for good food at market.

In order to make it, we cup(tasting for coffee) more than 1,000 lots/year of coffee, communication with origins and coffee traders, think the best purchase plan to maintain the coffee quality, storage condition, study roasting method, we prepare a lot to brew a cup of coffee, a piece of roasted bean.

Now, not only people who live around the roastery, but also popular hotels, cafe, and for office use, we are serving our coffee bean and receiving good evaluation.

Recently, we often hear "I do not like coffee, but one from Coffee Port is different somehow."

We receive those word from people who did not like coffee, or people could not drink coffee.

"I do not know the reason, but I think this coffee is good."
