Rare beans have arrived from Nicaragua in Central America.
Le Bon Bois means "good tree" in French, and as the name suggests, this coffee is made from precious ingredients with advanced techniques, just like a dish of French cuisine. In order to make the most of its delicate flavor, the roasting is done in a shallow roast, but it has less acidity and more sweetness, making it a good choice for beginners to shallow roasting. It is light and pleasant to drink like a fruit tea.
JAVA, an ancient variety of Ethiopian beans, has good flavor and aroma characteristics and is resistant to diseases, but it is grown in few areas and is very rare. With the help of their long experience, the farms that produce beans that are auctioned at the COE (Cup of Excellence) coffee auctions use the "Anaerobic" method of fermentation, which does not expose the beans to air, to produce a fruity, floral and delicate aroma.
